食品理化检验在保障食品质量和安全方面发挥着至关重要的作用。样品前处理作为食品理化检验的关键步骤,直接影响检验结果的准确性和可靠性。本文简要分析食品理化检验中样品前处理的必要性,系统梳理食品理化检验中样品前处理的具体实践方法,如溶剂提取法、蒸馏法、微波消解法、固相萃取法、色谱分离法和超声萃取法等,并探讨样品前处理过程中需要注意的事项,从而不断推动食品理化检验技术的创新和发展,为保障食品安全提供更加坚实的技术支撑。
Food physicochemical testing plays a vital role in ensuring food quality and safety.As a crucial step in food physicochemical testing,sample pretreatment directly affects the accuracy and reliability of test results.This paper briefly analyzes the necessity of sample pretreatment in food physicochemical testing,systematically combs the specific practical methods of sample pretreatment in food physicochemical testing,such as solvent extraction method,distillation method,microwave digestion method,solid phase extraction method,chromatography separation and ultrasonic extraction method,and others,and discusses the considerations during the sample pretreatment process,so as to continuously promote the innovation and development of food physicochemical testing techniques,and provide more solid technical support for ensuring food safety.
