电感耦合等离子体质谱法在保健食品重金属元素检测中的应用与优化

摘要 目的:优化电感耦合等离子体质谱法(Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry,ICPMS),以提高检测保健食品中重金属元素的灵敏度和准确性。方法:通过采用碰撞反应池技术以及选用铑(Rh)作为内标元素,对ICP-MS方法进行优化。结果:各元素的方法检出限为0.005μg·L^(-1),定量限为0.015μg·L^(-1),加标回收率在96.7%~98.5%,相对标准偏差小于5%,在保健食品中重金属元素检测方面表现出了较高的灵敏度和准确性。结论:优化后的ICP-MS方法提高了信号强度和稳定性,质谱干扰得到有效消除。内标元素的引入提高了信号的稳定性和检测结果的准确性,为保健食品中重金属元素检测提供了科学的技术支持。 Objective:To optimize inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry to improve the sensitivity and accuracy of detecting heavy metal elements in dietary supplements.Method:The ICP-MS method was optimized by using the collision reaction cell technique and selecting rhodium as the internal standard element.Result:The detection limit of each element method is 0.005μg·L^(-1),the quantification limit is 0.015μg·L^(-1),the spiked recovery rate is between 96.7%and 98.5%,and the relative standard deviation is less than 5%.It has shown high sensitivity and accuracy in the detection of heavy metal elements in health food.Conclusion:The optimized inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry method improved the signal intensity and stability,and the mass spectral interference was effectively eliminated.The introduction of the internal standard element improved the stability of the signal and the accuracy of the detection results,provided scientific technical support for the detection of heavy metal elements in dietary supplements.
