摘要
当前,我国高等教育事业蓬勃发展,大学生作为国家建设的主力军,身心健康得到社会各界的关注,校园食品安全问题更应引起社会各界的高度重视。大数据时代的到来,为新时期高校食品安全管理变革带来了前所未有的机遇。本文在梳理大数据食品安全领域应用案例的基础上,提出构建数字化溯源体系、应用智慧化预警模型、优化智能化监管机制以及创新个性化宣教模式等高校食品安全管理创新路径,以及加强顶层设计、数据整合、人才引进、投入保障等配套举措,以期实现食品安全管理流程再造、风险防控水平提升和师生共治格局形成,从而提升高校食品安全管理水平,保障师生“舌尖上的安全”。
Currently,China’s higher education industry is flourishing,and college students,as the main force of national construction,have received attention from all sectors of society for their physical and mental health.Campus food safety issues should also be highly valued by all sectors of society.The advent of the era of big data has brought unprecedented opportunities for the reform of college food safety management in the new era.On the basis of sorting out the application cases of big data in the field of food safety,this paper proposes innovative paths for food safety management in colleges and universities,such as the construction of digital traceability system,the application of intelligent early warning model,the optimization of intelligent supervision mechanism and the innovation of personalized education model,and the strengthening of supporting measures such as top-level design,data integration,talent introduction and investment guarantee.It is expected to realize food safety management process reengineering,risk prevention and control level improvement and the formation of teacher-student co-governance pattern,so as to improve the food safety management level of colleges and universities,and ensure the“tip of the tongue safety”of teachers and students.
