摘要
目的:应用液相色谱法检测食品包装材料中5种抗氧化剂迁移情况,并进行风险评估。方法:采用液相色谱法检测聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚苯乙烯和聚氯乙烯等5种材料在3种食品模拟物(10%乙醇、3%乙酸和正己烷)中抗氧化剂的迁移量,并评估不同模拟物对抗氧化剂迁移的影响。结果:不同食品包装材料在各种食品模拟物中的抗氧化剂迁移量存在差异,油脂性食品模拟物正己烷中的迁移量普遍较高。聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯在各食品模拟物中的迁移量最低,表现出良好的阻隔性能。结论:液相色谱法在检测食品包装材料中抗氧化剂迁移量时具有较高的灵敏度和稳定性,可为食品包装材料的安全性评估提供科学依据。
Objective:To detect the migration of five antioxidants in food packaging materials by liquid chromatography and conduct risk assessment.Method:Liquid chromatography was used to detect the migration of antioxidants in three food simulants(10%ethanol,3%acetic acid and n-hexane)of five materials including polyethylene,polypropylene,polyethylene terephthalate,polystyrene and polyvinyl chloride,and the effects of different simulants on the migration of antioxidants were evaluated.Result:There were differences in the migration of antioxidants from different food packaging materials in various food simulants,and the migration in n-hexane,an oily food simulant,was generally higher.Polyethylene terephthalate had the lowest migration in various food simulants,showing good barrier properties.Conclusion:Liquid chromatography has high sensitivity and stability in detecting the migration of antioxidants in food packaging materials,and can provide a scientific basis for the safety assessment of food packaging materials.
