摘要
目的:建立气相色谱-质谱法测定鸡肉中15种农药残留的方法。方法:样品经乙腈提取,凝胶色谱仪净化,SH-RXi-5Sil MS毛细管柱分离,气相色谱-质谱法检测,内标法定量。结果:15种农药残留在0.04~2.00μg·mL^(-1)线性关系良好,相关系数R2均大于0.998。方法检出限为0.0020~0.0086 mg·kg^(-1),定量限为0.0056~0.0180 mg·kg^(-1),加标回收率为76.4%~93.5%,相对标准偏差为0.4%~9.3%。结论:该方法准确度高、精密度好,适用于同时测定鸡肉中多种农药残留。
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of 15 pesticide residues in chicken by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.Method:The samples were extracted with acetonitrile,cleaned up by gel chromatography,separated by SH-RXi-5Sil MS capillary column,detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,and quantified by internal standard method.Result:The 15 pesticide residues had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.04~2.00μg·mL^(-1),and the correlation coefficient R2 was greater than 0.998.The detection limit of the method was 0.0020~0.0086 mg·kg^(-1),the limit of quantification was 0.0056~0.0180 mg·kg^(-1),the spiked recovery was 76.4%~93.5%,and the relative standard deviation was 0.4%~9.3%.Conclusion:This method has high accuracy and good precision,and is suitable for the simultaneous determination of multiple pesticide residues in chicken.
