含T和Q链节硅树脂的有机硅弹性体混合物凝胶研究

摘要 以T和Q链节硅树脂、乙烯基硅油和含H硅油为原料,采用硅氢加成的方法合成有机硅弹性体凝胶,探讨了含T和Q链节的硅树脂的用量对有机硅弹性体混合物凝胶性能的影响,同时研究了含T和Q链节的硅树脂对有机硅弹性体凝胶的感官特性变化及对个人护理品感官特性的作用影响。并提出了T和Q链节硅树脂在凝胶中分散紧密的交联网状结构设想。经实验研究表明:含T和Q链节硅树脂可以有效改善硅弹性体凝胶的锁载体能力,在硅树脂含量低于6%时,可以有效地缓和有机硅弹性体混合物凝胶因固含量下降而导致黏度下降的程度,其中,在硅树脂含量为4%时具有更好的滑爽效果。 Silicone elastomer gel was synthesized from T&Q silicone resin,vinyl silicone oil and H-containing silicone oil through hydrosilylation.The effects of the amount of silicone resin containing T and Q links on the gel properties of silicone elastomer mixture were discussed.The sensory properties of silicone elastomer gel and the sensory properties of personal care products were also studied.The cross-networking structure of T-and Q-linked silicone resin dispersed tightly in gel was proposed.The experimental study showed that silicone resin containing T and Q links could effectively improve the locking ability of silicone elastomer gel.When the silicone resin content was less than 6%,it could effectively alleviate the viscosity decline caused by the decrease of solid content of silicone elastomer mixture gel,among which,it had a better smooth effect when the silicone resin content was 4%.
