摘要
研究通过搭建数学模型分析实验过程中各不确定度来源,对各分量相对标准不确定度进行量化评估,最终计算出扩展不确定度,给出报告。结果显示盐酸美金刚片含量的测定结果为97.68%,取95%的置信区间,扩展不确定度为0.92%,测量结果可表示为(97.68%±0.92%)。研究表明该方法可用于盐酸美金刚片含量的测定的不确定度评定,科学合理。
By building the mathematical model to analyze the sources of uncertainty in the experiment,we can the relative standard uncertainty of each component was quantitatively evaluated,and the extended uncertainty was finally calculated,and a report was given.The results showed that the measurement content of memantine hydrochloride tablets was 97.68%,with 95%confidence interval,the extended uncertainty was 0.92%,and the measurement results could be expressed as(97.68%±0.92%).The study showed that this method could be used for the determination of content,which was scientific and reasonable.
