摘要
简要介绍了煤制乙二醇中碳酸二甲酯精制的工艺流程及主要原理,通过总结碳酸二甲酯精制工艺控制中存在的问题,对碳酸二甲酯精制工艺操作优化及工艺技改,总结出碳酸二甲酯工艺操作过程中各塔温度、压力、组分的最佳控制范围,确保系统可稳定运行,收率高达98%,且产品产出纯度大于99.5%的工业级碳酸二甲酯。
The process flow and main principle of dimethyl carbonate refining in coal-to-ethylene glycol were briefly introduced,the problems existing in the control of dimethyl carbonate refining process were summarized,the operation and technological transformation of dimethyl carbonate refining process were optimized,the optimal control range of temperature,pressure and components of each tower during the operation of dimethyl carbonate process was summarized,so as to ensure that the system can operate stably,the yield was as high as 95%,and the product output was greater than 99.5%of industrial grade dimethyl carbonate.
