摘要
危化品爆炸具有危害大、毒性强等特点,对人员以及周边建筑造成了巨大伤害。为了研究危化品爆炸过程中的温度特征,本文设计了一种基于比色测温技术的测温方法,并对比色测温原理、标定实验以及比色测温在危化品爆炸中的应用进行了详细介绍。该方法为危化品爆炸温度的测量提供了一种新的方法,可为危化品爆炸风险评估以及安全防范提供重要参考。
The explosion of hazardous chemicals has the characteristics of great harm and strong toxicity,causing great harm to people and surrounding buildings.In order to study the temperature characteristics of hazardous chemicals explosion process,a temperature measurement method based on colorimetric pyrometer technology was designed,and the principle of colorimetric pyrometer technology,calibration experiment and the application of colorimetric pyrometer in the explosion of hazardous chemicals were introduced in detail.A new method was provided for measuring the explosion temperature of hazardous chemicals and an important reference was provided for assessing the explosive risk and preventing the explosion of hazardous chemicals.
