运动后摄入不同配比的碳水化合物及乳清蛋白对减脂及肌肉合成的作用

摘要 采用文献资料法、实验法和数理统计法,旨在探究运动后摄入不同配比碳水化合物和乳清蛋白对减脂和肌肉合成的影响。实验选取40名男性为研究对象,随机分组为对照组、实验组A、实验组B和实验组C,每组10人,进行为期8周的实验干预。结果显示,运动后摄入麦芽糖和乳清蛋白,特别是以2∶1质量比例摄入时,对促进肌肉合成和脂肪减少具有积极效果。该发现进一步突显了碳水化合物与蛋白质配比对体成分的调节作用。研究结果不仅为运动后饮食的优化提供了理论依据,也为体育运动和健康管理领域提供了重要参考。 The effects of dietary carbohydrate and whey protein intake on fat loss and muscle synthesis after exercise were investigated by means of literature,experiment and mathematical statistics.Forty males were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into control group,experimental group A,experimental group B and experimental group C,with 10 people in each group,for an 8-week experimental intervention.The results showed that the intake of maltose and whey protein after exercise,especially at a 2∶1 mass ratio,had a positive effect on promoting muscle synthesis and fat loss.This finding further highlights the role of carbohydrate and protein ratio in regulating body composition.Through literature review and combined analysis of experimental data,the study results not only provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of diet after exercise,but also provide an important reference for the field of sports and health management.
