摘要
为明晰高校瑜伽运动对学生身心健康发展的影响,研究基于文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,就高校瑜伽项目的发展难点、堵点进行分析,以提出促进学生身心健康发展的提升路径。研究发现,高校瑜伽项目在发展中面临学生参与程度不高、缺乏专业的教练指导、学生认知态度存在偏见、练习评估反馈机制缺乏的困境,阻碍了瑜伽项目的发展,影响了学生的学习效果,从而阻碍了学生身心健康的可持续发展。对此,为实现高校瑜伽项目促进学生身心健康发展的目的,提出以下提升路径:加强顶层设计,推动宣传推广;加强师资队伍建设,提供培训指导;消除瑜伽偏见,增强参与意识;科技赋能瑜伽,推进项目发展。
In order to clarify the impact of college yoga on the physical and mental health development of students,this study analyzes the development difficulties and block points of college yoga programs based on methods such as literature and logical analysis,so as to propose improvement path to improve the physical and mental health development of students.Research has found that the development of yoga programs in colleges and universities is hindered by low student participation,lack of professional coaching guidance,bias in students'cognitive attitude,and lack of evaluation and feedback mechanism for practice,which hinder the development of yoga programs,affect students'learning effect,and thus hinder the sustainable development of students'physical and mental health.In this regard,this paper proposes to strengthen top-level design and promote publicity and promotion;Improve the teacher system and provide training guidance;Eliminating yoga bias and enhancing participation awareness;Technological empowerment of yoga,promotion of project development,and other paths for improvement.
