摘要
该研究基于新时代全民健身对社会体育指导员的高质量要求,对浙江省社会体育指导员的发展困境和发展路径进行研究。研究发现,浙江省社会体育指导员存在分布不均匀、等级结构不平衡、老龄化严重等问题;体育指导员队伍专业能力还有待提高;培训内容简单,手段较为单一;缺乏激励评价监督等管理机制;高校人才培养与社会需求的协同性有待提高。基于此,提出加强政府的支持、提高培训质量、加强信息技术的应用、完善管理体系、开展赛事活动、将公益性社会体育指导员纳入志愿服务体系的发展路径。
Based on the high-quality requirements of the new era of national fitness for social sports instructors,this study investigates the development dilemma and paths of social sports instructors in Zhejiang Province.It found that the distribution of social sports instructors in Zhejiang Province is uneven,the hierarchical structure is imbalanced,and the aging population is severe;The professional ability of the sports instructor team still needs to be improved;The training content is simple and the means are relatively single;Lack of management mechanisms such as incentive evaluation and supervision;The cultivation of university personnel and social synergy need to be improved.Based on this,a development path is proposed to strengthen government support,improve training quality,enhance the application of information technology,improve management systems,organize sports events,and include public welfare social sports instructors in the volunteer service system.
