摘要
为探寻体育锻炼对在校大学生心理健康的影响,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、访谈法等方法,分析江西师范大学大一至大四347名在校大学生心理健康水平的现状及其与体育锻炼的关系。结果显示:在校大学生体育锻炼情况和心理健康水平整体较好,处于中等偏上的水平;心理健康水平与运动量呈显著正相关。由此,提出转变健康观念,树立终身体育意识;营造体育氛围,提高体育参与行动;完善体育场地建设,加强资源管理;开展特色体育课程,成立体育社团等路径来促进大学生心理健康。
To explore the impact of physical exercise on the mental health of college students,methods such as literature review,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,and interview are used in this paper.It analyzes the current situation of the mental health level of 347 college students from freshman to senior year at Jiangxi Normal University and its relationship with physical exercise.The results showed that the overall physical exercise and mental health level of college students were good,at a slightly above average level;The level of mental health is significantly positively correlated with the amount of exercise.Therefore,it is proposed to change the concept of health and establish a lifelong awareness of sports;Create a sports atmosphere and enhance sports participation in actions;Improve the construction of sports venues and strengthen resource management;Develop characteristic PE courses and establish sports clubs to promote the mental health of college students.
