摘要
游泳运动对青少年的身体形态、身体素质和身体机能等方面具有积极的影响,可以全面促进青少年体质健康和身心发展。基于此,从机械因素、能量消耗、呼吸系统、循环系统、神经系统等方面分析游泳运动对青少年体质健康影响的生理学机制,并提出遵循青少年生长发育规律、遵循游泳项目特点规律、遵循运动训练基本原则3点启示,旨在为研究学者提供有价值的参考。
Swimming has a positive impact on the physical shape,physical fitness and physical function of adolescents,and can comprehensively promote their physical fitness and physical and mental development.Based on this,the physiological mechanisms of the impact of swimming on the physical fitness of adolescents are analyzed from the aspects of mechanical factors,energy consumption,respiratory system,circulatory system,and nervous system energy.Three inspirations are proposed:Following the growth and development laws of adolescents;Following the characteristics and laws of swimming projects;Following the basic principles of exercise training.The aim is to provide valuable references for researchers.It aims to provide a valuable reference for research scholars.
