摘要
武术作为一种传统的体育项目,注重内外兼修、强身健体。在武术训练中,良好的体能水平是运动员取得优异表现的重要保障。而核心力量作为身体稳定性和动作控制的关键因素,在提升运动员整体体能水平、改善动作技巧方面发挥着重要作用。研究旨在深入探讨核心力量训练在武术体能训练中的具体应用,为武术运动员的体能提升提供科学依据和实践指导。
Wushu,as a traditional sport,focuses on both internal and external cultivation,as well as physical fitness.In Wushu training,a good physical fitness level is an important guarantee for athletes to achieve excellent performance.As a key factor of body stability and movement control,core strength plays an important role in enhancing the overall fitness level of athletes and improving their movement skills.This research aims to explore the application of core strength training in Wushu physical fitness training,and to provide a scientific basis and practical guidance for physical fitness improvement of Wushu athletes.
