国际幼儿体育发展的现状、趋势及启示

摘要 运用文献资料法、专家访谈法与实地调查法,梳理国际幼儿体育发展动态,总结对我国的启示,为其发展提供借鉴。研究表明,国际幼儿体育价值体现为:是健康促进的重要手段,可促进身心灵全面发展;是基于规则的身体活动,且投资回报率高。基于此,结合国际政策,该文提出国际幼儿体育研究动态趋势:儿童发展存在敏感期或窗口期;需平衡结构化活动与自由玩耍;应开展幼儿健康促进的体育干预研究;要关注运动科学性问题。最后,该文得出对我国幼儿体育发展的启示:幼儿体育将成为独立的学术研究领域;应研发多学科融合的课程方案;要研究现代科技手段在教学组织和评估中的应用;需辩证看待幼儿园安全问题。 This paper uses methods of Literature Review,Expert Interview and Field Investigation to sort out the development dynamics of international preschool sports,summarize the inspirations for China,and provide reference for its development.Research shows that the value of international preschool sports is reflected as follows:It is an important means of health promotion,can promote the comprehensive development of body and mind;It is a physical activity based on rules with high return on investment.Based on this,combined with international policy,this paper proposes the dynamic trend of international preschool sports research:There is a sensitive period or window period in children's development;It's necessary to balance structured activities and free play;It is necessary to carry out sports intervention research on children's health promotion;Pay attention to the scientific issues of sports.Finally,this paper obtains the inspirations for the development of preschool sports in China:Preschool sports will become an independent academic research field;It's necessary to develop a curriculum plan that integrates multiple disciplines;It's necessary to study the application of modern technological means in teaching organization and evaluation;It's necessary to approach kindergarten safety issues dialectically.
