摘要
在化工领域,准确、快速地分析元素成分是确保产品质量、控制生产过程的关键,而原子吸收光谱法作为一种常用的分析技术,在化工元素分析中发挥着重要作用。本文对原子吸收光谱法进行了一定论述,在此基础上,分别从样品采集方法、样品前处理流程以及样品稀释与基体干扰消除技术等方面探讨了化工元素分析的样品准备与处理,并结合化工元素分析的特点,提出了实验设计与方法优化策略,进而为化工工业的长远发展提供支持。
In the chemical industry,accurate and rapid analysis of elemental composition is crucial for ensuring product quality and controlling the production process.Atomic absorption spectroscopy,as a commonly used analytical technique,plays an important role in chemical element analysis.This paper elaborates on atomic absorption spectroscopy and explores the sample preparation and processing of chemical element analysis,including sample collection methods,sample pretreatment processes,sample dilution,and matrix interference elimination techniques.Combining the characteristics of chemical element analysis,experimental design and method optimization strategies are proposed to provide support for the long-term development of the chemical industry.
