基于微量元素、脂肪和热重参数金银花、菊花、连翘的多指标分析

Multi-Indicator Analysis of Wild Honeysuckle Flower,Chrysanthemum and Forsythia Based on Trace Elements,Fats,and Thermogravimetric Parameters

摘要 选择来自广西金秀的金银花、菊花、连翘3种中草药作为研究对象,测定三种中草药的燃烧热、燃烧稳定性、脂肪、粗纤维、灰分、微量元素,从多指标方面用化学计量学方法对中草药品质评价。结果表明,3种中草药燃烧热含量在23772.38~29270.28 J/g之间;燃烧稳定性排序为:金银花>菊花>连翘;脂肪质量含量在1.93%~8.37%之间,大小顺序为:连翘>菊花>金银花;灰分质量含量在3.66%~6.39%之间,大小顺序为:菊花>金银花>连翘;粗纤维质量含量在17.64%~28.26%之间,大小顺序为:连翘>金银花>菊花。燃烧热、燃烧性(中草药的燃烧稳定性)、脂肪含量、灰分、粗纤维、微量元素含量多指标的顺序为:金银花>菊花>连翘。本研究建立产自广西金秀的金银花、菊花、连翘的多指标分析及评价体系,为金银花、菊花、连翘质量评价和其综合利用提供一定的理论基础和科学指导理论依据。 3 Chinese herbal medicines From Jinxiu,Guangxi,Chinain cluding Wild Honeysuckle Flower,Chrysanthemum and Forsythia were selected as the research objects.The combustion heat,combustion stability,fat,ash,crude fiber and trace element contents of 3 Chinese herbal medicine were determined,and the quality of the Chinese herbal medicines was evaluated using chemometrics methods from multiple indicators.The results showed that the heat of combustion content of the three herbs ranged from^(2)3772.38 to 29270.28 J/g;The order of Chinese herbal medicine stability was Wild Honeysuckle Flower>Chrysanthemum>Forsythia;The fat conten ranged from 1.93 to 8.37%in order of content was Forsythia>Chrysanthemum>Wild Honeysuckle Flower;The ash content ranged from 3.66 to 6.39%in size order:Chrysanthemum>Wild Honeysuckle Flower>Forsythia;The crude fiber content ranged from 17.64 to 28.26%in size order:Forsythia>Wild Honeysuckle Flower>Chrysanthemum;The order of entropy method of multiple indexes like combustion heat,combustibility(Chinese herbal medicine stability of combustion),fat content,ash and crude fiber contents was Wild Honeysuckle Flower>Chrysanthemum>Forsythia.This study establishes a multi-indicator analysis and evaluation system for Wild Honeysuckle Flower,Chrysanthemum and Forsythia produced in Jinxiu,Guangxi,to provide a certain theoretical basis and scientific guidance for the quality evaluation of honeysuckle,chrysanthemum and forsythia and their comprehensive utilization.
