导热油基纳米流体黏度分析研究

摘要 纳米流体在传热方面具有较强的优势,是一种高效的换热介质,黏度是研究纳米流体重要特性之一。纳米流体以水为基液的研究较多,而以导热油为基液的研究偏少。主要分析油基纳米流体黏度影响因素,总结黏度理论计算模型,在已有的文献实验数据基础上,研究分析理论计算结果的可靠性和准确性。结果表明,在纳米颗粒体积分数较低和温度升高时,理论计算值与实际值越接近,但仍需大量实验数据进行验证。 Nanofluid has strong advantages in heat transfer performance and it is an efficient heat transfer medium.Viscosity is also one of nanofluid's the important characteristics.There were more studies on nanofluids with water as the base fluid,while the studies with heat conducting oil as the base fluid were less.This paper mainly analyses the affecting factors of oil-based nanofluids'viscosity and summarizes the theoretical calculation model of viscosity.Study and analyzes the reliability and accuracy of the theoretical calculation results on the basis of the existing experimental data in the literature.The results show that the theoretically calculated values are closer to the actual values when the volume fraction of nanoparticles is lower and the temperature increases.But a large amount of experimental data is still needed for verification.
