农村劳动力转移对农地流转的影响——基于CFPS数据的实证研究

农村劳动力非农就业人数日益增长,农村土地流转愈加频繁。基于中国家庭追踪调查数据(2018年),采用二分类Logit模型,旨在研究农村劳动力转移对农地流转的影响。研究结果表明,农村劳动力转移对农户参与农地流转行为具有显著影响,其中对农地转出行为具有显著正向影响,对农地转入具有显著抑制影响;农户“新农合”的参与对农地的转入具有显著正向影响,对农地的转出影响并不显著;农户“新农保”的参与对农地流转行为影响不显著;农户个体特征和家庭特征两者整体上对农地流转影响不显著。

The number of non-agricultural employment in the rural labor force is growing day by day,and rural land transfers are becoming more frequent.Based on China Household Tracking Survey data(2018),the Binary Logit model is used to study the impact of rural labor transfer on farmland transfer.The research results show that rural labor transfer has a significant impact on farmers'participation in farmland transfer behavior,which has a significant positive impact on farmland transfer behavior and a significant inhibitory effect on farmland transfer;the participation of farmers in the"New Rural Cooperative Medical System"has a significant positive impact on rural land transfer,but has no significant impact on farmland transfer;the participation of farmers in the"New Rural Insurance"has no significant impact on farmland transfer behavior;both individual characteristics and family characteristics of farmers have no significant impact on farmland transfer as a whole.
