中药黄芩汤外洗联合激光照射在头部脂溢性皮炎患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Huangqin Decoction External Washing Combined with Laser Irradiation in Patients with Head Seborrheic Dermatitis

目的:探讨中药黄芩汤外洗联合激光照射在头部脂溢性皮炎患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月于徐州市中医院皮肤科就诊的头部脂溢性皮炎患者75例作为研究对象,随机分为干预组(n=38)和常规组(n=37)。常规组给予激光照射干预,干预组在对照组基础上给予中药黄芩汤外洗干预。比较两组患者症状评分、干预效果、炎性因子[γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)]水平和满意度。结果:干预后,两组患者皮损面积、脂溢等各项症状评分及总分,以及IFN-γ、IL-4水平与干预前比较,明显更低(P<0.05);且干预组与常规组比较,干预组更低(P<0.05)。干预组患者总有效率与常规组比较,明显更高(P=0.029)。干预组患者满意度与常规组比较,明显更高(P=0.046)。结论:中药黄芩汤外洗联合激光照射应用于头部脂溢性皮炎患者中的效果较好,可有效改善患者临床症状,减轻炎性反应,提高患者满意度。

Objective:To investigate the effect of external washing with Huangqin Decoction combined with laser irradiation in patients with seborrheic dermatitis of the head.Methods:Seventy-five patients with head seborrheic dermatitis who were treated in the Department of Dermatology,Xuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into intervention group(n=38)and routine group(n=37).The routine group was given laser irradiation intervention,and the intervention group was given Huangqin Decoction external washing intervention based on the control group.Symptom score,intervention effect,levels of inflammatory factors[interferonγ(IFN-γ),interleukin-4(IL-4)]and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the skin area,the score and total score of symptoms such as seborrhea,and the levels of IFN-γand IL-4 were significantly lower in two groups than before intervention(P<0.05);compared with the routine group,the intervention group was lower(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the routine group(P=0.029).The satisfaction of patients in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the routine group(P=0.046).Conclusion:The effect of external washing with Huangqin Decoction combined with laser irradiation on patients with head seborrheic dermatitis is good,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms,reduce inflammatory reaction and improve patient satisfaction.
