荆杏止咳颗粒联合盐酸丙卡特罗治疗小儿肺炎的效果观察

Effect of Jingxing Zhike Granules Combined with Procaterol Hydrochloride on Children with Pneumonia

目的:观察荆杏止咳颗粒联合盐酸丙卡特罗治疗小儿肺炎的临床效果。方法:选取本院2023年5月—2024年6月广州市从化区妇幼保健院收治的肺炎患儿94例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=47,给予盐酸丙卡特罗口服液治疗)和观察组(n=47,在对照组基础上给予荆杏止咳颗粒治疗)。比较两组临床疗效、临床症状消退时间、炎症指标、安全性。结果:相比对照组,观察组总有效率更高(P=0.049);相比对照组,观察组咳痰、发热、喘息、肺部啰音消退时间均更短(P<0.001);治疗后,两组血清C反应蛋白、降钙素原水平均较治疗前降低,且相比对照组,观察组各指标水平更低(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均未出现严重不良反应。结论:荆杏止咳颗粒联合盐酸丙卡特罗口服液治疗小儿肺炎的临床效果显著,可有效减轻体内炎性反应,缓解临床症状,且安全性较高。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jingxing Zhike granules combined with procaterol hydrochloride in the treatment of pneumonia in children.Methods:A total of ninety-four children with pneumonia admitted to Guangzhou Conghua District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into control group(n=47,given procaterol hydrochloride oral liquid treatment)and observation group(n=47,given Jingxing Zhike granule treatment on the basis of control group).The clinical efficacy,time of clinical symptoms resolution,inflammatory indicators and safety of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher(P=0.049);compared with the control group,the duration of expectoration,fever,wheezing and rales in the observation group were shorter(P<0.001);after treatment,the average levels of serum C-reactive protein and raw calcitonin in two groups were lower than before treatment,and the levels of each index in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05);there were no serious adverse reactions during treatment in both groups.Conclusion:Jingxing Zhike granules combined with procaterol hydrochloride oral liquid has a remarkable clinical effect in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia,which can effectively reduce inflammation in vivo and relieve clinical symptoms,and has high safety.
