早期集束化护理联合空肠营养支持在高血压脑出血开颅术后气管切开患者中的应用效果

The Application Effect of Early Clustered Nursing Care Combined with Jejunal Nutritional Support in Patients with Tracheotomy after Craniotomy for Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的:探讨早期集束化护理联合空肠营养支持在高血压脑出血开颅术后气管切开患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年4月—2024年4月南京大学医学院附属苏州医院收治的高血压脑出血开颅术后气管切开患者62例作为观察对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各31例。对照组给予常规护理及基础营养支持,观察组给予早期集束化护理联合空肠营养支持干预。比较两组营养指标、并发症发生率。结果:干预前,两组血清转铁蛋白、前白蛋白、白蛋白水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组血清转铁蛋白、前白蛋白、白蛋白水平均高于干预前,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0151)。结论:早期集束化护理联合空肠营养支持方案应用于高血压脑出血开颅术后气管切开患者中,可以改善患者的营养状态,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To explore the application effect of early clustered care combined with jejunal nutritional support in patients with tracheotomy after craniotomy for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:Sixty-two patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage post craniotomy tracheotomy admitted to Suzhou Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing University School of Medicine from April 2019 to April 2024 were selected as the observation subjects,and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each with thirty-one cases.The control group was given routine care and basic nutritional support,and the observation group was given early clustered care combined with jejunal nutritional support intervention.Compare the nutritional indexes and complication rates of the two groups.Results:Before intervention,the serum transferrin,prealbumin and albumin levels of the two groups were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after intervention,the serum transferrin,prealbumin and albumin levels of the two groups were higher than that before intervention,and the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0151).Conclusion:The application of early clustered care combined with jejunal nutritional support program in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients with tracheotomy after craniotomy can improve the nutritional status of patients and reduce the complication rate.
