思维导图引导下无缝隙护理对烧伤患者术后恢复的影响

The Effect of Seamless Nursing Care Guided by the Mind Map on Postoperative Recovery of Burn Patients

目的:分析思维导图引导下无缝隙护理对烧伤患者术后恢复的影响。方法:选取2021年5月—2023年12月淮安市楚州中医院收治的烧伤术后患者82例作为研究对象,按入院顺序编号随机分为思维导图组和传统组,各41例。传统组术后给予常规护理,思维导图组在传统组基础上给予思维导图引导下无缝隙护理。比较两组并发症发生情况,焦虑、抑郁情绪评分,护理满意度及生活质量评分。结果:思维导图组并发症发生率低于传统组(P=0.003);护理后,两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均低于护理前,思维导图组低于传统组(P<0.05);思维导图组护理满意度高于传统组(P=0.011);护理后,两组物质生活、躯体功能、社会功能、心理功能评分均高于护理前,思维导图组高于传统组(P<0.05)。结论:思维导图引导下无缝隙护理应用于烧伤术后患者中,能缓解其焦虑、抑郁情绪,降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度与生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the effect of seamless nursing under the guidance of mind map on postoperative recovery of burn patients.Methods:Eighty-two postoperative burn patients admitted to Huaian Chuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into the mind map group and the traditional group according to the number of the order of admission,with forty-one cases in each group.The traditional group was given conventional nursing care after surgery,and the mind map group was given mind map-guided seamless nursing care on the basis of the traditional group.The two groups were compared in terms of the occurrence of complications,anxiety and depression scores,nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores.Results:The complication rate of the mind map group was lower than that of the traditional group(P=0.003);after nursing,the Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the mind map group was lower than that of the traditional group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the mind map group was higher than that of the traditional group(P=0.011);after nursing,the scores of material life,somatic function,social function and psychological function of both groups were higher than before nursing,and the mind map group was higher than the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of mind map-guided seamless nursing in postoperative burn patients can relieve their anxiety and depression,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve nursing satisfaction and quality of life.
