前馈控制护理模式在半月板损伤关节镜手术患者中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Feedforward Control Nursing Model in Arthroscopic Surgery Patients with Meniscus Injury

目的:分析对行关节镜手术治疗的半月板损伤患者实施前馈控制护理(FCC)的效果。方法:选取2023年1—12月于德阳市人民医院行关节镜手术治疗的半月板损伤患者120例作为研究对象,随机分为参照组(常规护理)和FCC模式组(在参照组基础上实施FFC),各60例。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,FCC模式组汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分低于参照组(P<0.05);护理后,FCC模式组视觉模拟评分法评分低于参照组,关节肿胀程度小于参照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组Lyscholm膝关节评分量表评分高于护理前,FCC模式组高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对行关节手术治疗的半月板损伤患者实施FCC,可缓解患者术后负面情绪,减轻术后疼痛与关节肿胀程度,恢复膝关节功能。

Objective:To analyze the effect of implementing feedforward control care(FCC)in patients with meniscus injuries who underwent arthroscopic surgical treatment.Methods:One hundred and twenty patients with meniscus injuries who underwent ar-throscopic surgical treatment in Deyang People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into the reference group(conventional nursing care)and the FCC model group(implementation of FFC on the basis of the reference group),with sixty cases in each group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Af-ter nursing care,the Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale scores of the FCC mode group were lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05);after nursing care,the visual analog scale method scores of the FCC mode group were lower than those of the reference group,and the degree of joint swelling was less than that of the reference group(P<0.05);after care,the Ly-scholm Knee Rating Scale scores of both groups were higher than before care,and the FCC mode group was higher than the refer-ence group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of FCC for patients with meniscus injuries who underwent arthroscopic sur-gery can alleviate the negative emotions of patients after surgery,reduce the degree of postoperative pain and joint swelling,and re-store the function of the knee joint.
