心房颤动患者行射频消融术围术期应用舒适护理的效果观察

The Effectiveness of Application of Comfort Nursing in the Perioperative Period of Radiofrequency Ablation in Patients with Atrial Fibrillation

目的:分析在行射频消融术的心房颤动患者围术期中应用舒适护理的价值。方法:选取2022年1月—2024年1月于上海交通大学医学院苏州九龙医院拟行射频消融术的心房颤动患者60例作为研究对象,采用随机数字列表法分为对照组(应用常规护理)和研究组(在对照组基础上应用舒适护理),各30例。比较两组患者负面情绪、护理配合度、不良事件发生率及护理满意度。结果:护理后,两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分低于护理前,研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理配合优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.044);研究组不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.038);研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.023)。结论:在采用射频消融术治疗的心房颤动患者围术期应用舒适护理,可以有效地减轻患者的负面情绪,降低不良事件发生率,提高护理配合度、满意度。

Objective:To analyze the value of the application of comfort care in the perioperative period of patients with atrial fibrillation undergoing radiofrequency ablation.Methods:Sixty patients with atrial fibrillation who were to undergo radiofrequency ablation in Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Midicine,Suzhou Jiulong Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group(applying conventional nursing care)and the study group(applying comfort nursing care on the basis of the control group)by using the randomized numerical list method,with thirty patients in each group.Negative emotions,nursing cooperation,incidence of adverse events and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing care,the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale of the two groups were lower than those before nursing care,and the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the excellent rate of nursing cooperation of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.044);and the incidence rate of adverse events of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.038);the nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.023).Conclusion:The application of comfort nursing in the perioperative period of patients with atrial fibrillation treated with radiofrequency ablation can effectively reduce the negative emotions of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse events,and improve the degree of nursing cooperation and satisfaction.
