多重耐药菌感染护理在重症监护室患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Multi-drug Resistant Bacterial Infection Nursing in Intensive Care Unit

目的:探究多重耐药菌感染护理在重症监护室(ICU)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年8月云浮市人民医院ICU收治的患者70例为研究对象,随机分成对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予多重耐药菌感染护理。比较两组多重耐药菌感染防控效果、急性生理学和慢性健康状况评分(APACHEⅡ)评分、护理满意度。结果:观察组医疗废物处理、仪器设备消毒、手卫生规范、物品专人专用、环境物表消毒、防护用品应用率均高于对照组(P<0.05);出ICU时、出院时,两组APACHEⅡ评分均低于入院时,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P=0.001)。结论:多重耐药菌感染护理应用于ICU患者中,多重耐药菌感染防控效果较好,可以减轻疾病严重程度,提高护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of multi-drug resistant bacterial infection nursing in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods:A total of seventy patients admitted to ICU of Yunfu People's Hospital from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with thirty-five patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given multi-drug resistant bacterial infection nursing based on the control group.The prevention and control effect of multi-drug resistant bacteria infection,acute physiology and chronic health status score(APACHEⅡ)and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The application rates of medical waste treatment,instrument and equipment disinfection,hand hygiene standards,special use of articles,environmental surface disinfection and protective articles in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05);the scores of APACHEⅡin both groups were lower than those in hospital,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.001).Conclusion:Multi-drug resistant bacterial infection nursing is applied to ICU patients,and the prevention and control effect of multi-drug resistant bacterial infection is good,reducing the severity of disease,and improving nursing satisfaction.
