手术室护理配合模式在单孔胸腔镜肺叶切除术患者中的应用效果分析

Application Effect of Operating Room Nursing Coordination Mode in Patients with Single-port Thoracoscopic Lobectomy

目的:分析手术室护理配合模式在单孔胸腔镜肺叶切除术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月于中国医学科学院肿瘤医院深圳医院拟行单孔胸腔镜肺叶切除术的患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为参照组(常规手术室护理)和观察组(手术室护理配合模式),各30例。比较两组手术相关指标、心理状态、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果:观察组手术时间、胸腔置管时间、住院时间短于参照组,术中出血量少于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);护理后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于护理前,观察组低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.030);观察组护理满意度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.031)。结论:手术室护理配合模式应用于单孔胸腔镜肺叶切除术患者中,可明显缩短患者手术时间及术后康复时间,减少术中出血量,缓解负面情绪,降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度。

Objective:To analyze the effect of operating room nursing coordination mode in patients with single-port thoracoscopic lobectomy.Methods:Sixty patients who planned to undergo single-port thoracoscopic lobectomy in Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences Cancer Hospital Shenzhen Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into the reference group(routine operating room nursing)and the observation group(operating room nursing cooperative mode),with thirty patients in each group.The operation related indexes,psychological state,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time,thoracic catheterization time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the reference group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);after nursing,the anxiety and depression scores of both groups were lower than before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.030);the nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.031).Conclusion:The application of the operating room nursing mode in patients with single-port thoracoscopic lobectomy can significantly shorten the operation time and postoperative rehabilitation time of patients,reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss,alleviate negative emotions,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve nursing satisfaction.
