新生儿肺炎护理中实施预警风险干预的效果分析

Effect of Early Warning Risk Intervention in Nursing of Neonatal Pneumonia

目的:分析预警风险干预在新生儿肺炎实施护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年1月榆林市儿童医院收治的新生儿肺炎患儿300例为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组(予以常规护理模式)和观察组(在对照组基础上予以预警风险干预),各150例。分析两组血气指标、病症情况、不良事件发生率、舒适度。结果:护理后,两组动脉血二氧化碳分压水平低于护理前,动脉血氧分压水平高于护理前,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组肺部啰音、咳嗽喘息、发热消失时间及总住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.001);观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组(P=0.017);观察组舒适度高于对照组(P=0.017)。结论:预警风险干预应用于新生儿肺炎护理中,可提高患儿舒适度,改善患儿血气指标,加速病症改善,降低不良事件发生率。

Objective:To analyze the effect of early warning risk intervention in nursing care of neonatal pneumonia.Methods:A total of three hundred children with neonatal pneumonia admitted to Yulin Children's Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(routine nursing mode)and observation group(early warning risk intervention on the basis of control group)by random number table method,with one hundred and fifty cases each.Blood gas index,disease condition,incidence of adverse events and comfort level of the two groups were analyzed.Results:After nursing,the level of arterial blood carbon dioxide partial pressure was lower than before nursing,and the level of arterial blood oxygen partial pressure was higher than before nursing,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05);the disappearance time of pulmonary rales,cough and wheezing,fever and total hospital stay in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.001);the incidence of adverse events in observation group was lower than that in control group(P=0.017);the comfort level of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.017).Conclusion:The application of early warning risk intervention in neonatal pneumonia nursing can improve the comfort level of children,improve blood gas index,accelerate disease improvement and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
