精细化手术室护理预防骨科手术医院感染的效果观察

Effect of Refined Operating Room Nursing on Preventing Hospital Nosocomial Infection in Orthopedic Surgery

目的:观察精细化手术室护理在预防骨科手术医院感染中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年12月北京积水潭医院贵州医院收治的86例骨折患者作为研究样本,依据单双号规则将患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施精细化手术室护理。比较两组医院感染率、围术期指标、术中护理不标准现象发生情况及护理满意度。结果:观察组医院感染率低于对照组,手术时间、拆线时间、住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术中护理不标准现象总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.044);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.007)。结论:在骨科手术中,实施精细化手术室护理能够降低医院感染及术中护理不标准现象发生率,减轻手术对患者造成的损伤,改善围术期指标,提高患者护理满意度。

Objective:To observe the effect of refined operating room nursing in preventing nosocomial infection in orthopedic surgery.Methods:A total of eighty-six fracture patients admitted to Beijing Jishuitan Hospital Guizhou Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as study samples.According to the odd-even number rule,the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with forty-three cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received refined operating room nursing.The nosocomial infection rate,perioperative indexes,intraoperative nursing non-standard phenomenon and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The nosocomial infection rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the operation time,suture removal time and hospital stay were shorter than that in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group(P<0.05);the total incidence of non-standard nursing in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.044);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.007).Conclusion:In orthopaedic surgery,the implementation of fine operating room nursing can reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection and intraoperative nursing non-standard phenomenon,reduce the injury caused by surgery,improve the perioperative index,and improve the patient's nursing satisfaction.
