系统护理措施在上消化道出血患者护理中的应用效果分析

Application Effect of Systematic Nursing Measures in Nursing Patients with Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

目的:分析系统护理措施在上消化道出血患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年6月于海安市中医院就诊的上消化道出血患者60例为研究对象,经随机数字表法分为对照组(常规护理)与观察组(系统护理措施),各30例。比较两组心理状态、临床时间指标、干预效果、护理满意度。结果:护理后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组住院时间、止血用时短于对照组(P<0.001);观察组有效率高于对照组(P=0.005);观察组病区环境、健康宣教、管护效果、服务质量、应急处置评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:系统护理措施在上消化道出血患者护理中的应用效果较好,可有效缓解患者负性情绪,缩短止血用时,促进患者康复,提高护理满意度。

Objective:To analyze the effect of systematic nursing measures in nursing patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods:Sixty patients with upper digestive tract hemorrhage who were treated in Hai'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(systematic nursing measures)by random number table method,with thirty cases in each group.The psychological state,clinical time index,intervention effect and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05);the duration of hospitalization and hemostasis in observation group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.001);the effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.005);the scores of ward environment,health education,management and nursing effect,service quality and emergency response in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of systematic nursing measures in nursing care of patients with upper digestive tract bleeding is good,which can effectively relieve patients'negative emotions,shorten the time of hemostasis,promote patients'rehabilitation and improve nursing satisfaction.
