综合康复护理干预对产后压力性尿失禁产妇盆底功能恢复、负性情绪和依从性的影响

Effects of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention on Pelvic Floor Function Recovery,Negative Emotion and Compliance of Postpartum Women with Stress Urinary Incontinence

目的:分析综合康复护理干预对产后压力性尿失禁产妇盆底功能恢复、负性情绪和依从性的影响。方法:选取2023年1—12月西安宝石花长庆医院收治的90例产后压力性尿失禁产妇为研究对象,随机分成对照组(45例,常规护理干预)和研究组(45例,在对照组基础上综合康复护理干预)。对比两组盆底肌力恢复情况、负性情绪、依从性。结果:干预后,研究组盆底肌力分级优于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分低于干预前,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组总依从率高于对照组(P=0.003)。结论:综合康复护理干预应用于产后压力性尿失禁产妇中,可有效促进产妇盆底功能康复,改善其负性情绪,提高其依从性。

Objective:To analyze the effects of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention on the recovery of pelvic floor function,negative emotion and compliance of postpartum stress urinary incontinence.Methods:A total of ninety puerperal stress urinary incontinence patients admitted to Xi'an Baoshihua Changqing Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group(45 cases,routine nursing intervention)and study group(45 cases,com-prehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of control group).The recovery of pelvic floor muscle strength,negative emotion and compliance were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the pelvic floor muscle strength of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);after intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in two groups were lower than before intervention,and those in study group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05);the total compliance rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.003).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention in postpartum women with stress urinary incontinence can effec-tively promote the recovery of pelvic floor function,improve their negative emotions and improve their compliance.
