苍附导痰丸联合腹针对肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者的临床疗效

Clinical effects of Cangfu Daotan Pills combined with abdominal acupuncture on patients with obesity and polycystic ovary syndrome

目的探讨苍附导痰丸联合腹针对肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者的临床疗效。方法98例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组49例,对照组给予盐酸二甲双胍肠溶片,观察组给予苍附导痰丸联合腹针,疗程3个月。检测FPG、FINS、HOMA-IR、IL-6、TNF-α、MCP-1、FSH、LH、AMH、AFC、E_(2)、不良反应发生率变化。结果治疗后,2组FPG、FINS、HOMA-IR、IL-6、TNF-α、MCP-1、FSH、LH、AMH、AFC降低(P<0.05),E_(2)升高(P<0.05),以观察组更明显(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论苍附导痰丸联合腹针可安全有效地恢复肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者卵巢功能,可能与改善胰岛素抵抗、降低炎症因子水平有关。

AIM To explore the clinical effects of Cangfu Daotan Pills combined with abdominal acupuncture on patients with obesity and polycystic ovary syndrome.METHODS Ninety-eight patients were randomly assigned into control group(49 cases)for 3-month intervention of Metformin Hydrochloride Enteric-coated Tablets,and observation group(49 cases)for 3-month intervention of both Cangfu Daotan Pills and abdominal acupuncture.The changes in FPG,FINS,HOMA-IR,IL-6,TNF-α,MCP-1,FSH,LH,AMH,AFC,E_(2)and incidence of adverse reactions were detected.RESULTS After the treatment,the two groups displayed decreased FPG,FINS,HOMA-IR,IL-6,TNF-α,MCP-1,FSH,LH,AMH,AFC(P<0.05),and increased E_(2)(P<0.05),especially for the observation group(P<0.05).No significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions was found between the two groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION For the patients with obesity and polycystic ovary syndrome,Cangfu Daotan Pills combined with abdominal acupuncture can safely and effectively restore ovarian functions,which may contribute to the improvement of insulin resistance and reduction of inflammatory factor levels.
