摘要
小户型住宅是近年来房地产市场上的热点,通过分析小户型受欢迎的原因,指出小户型将作为我国住宅市场上的一个组成部分长期存在,并在分析现有问题的基础上对其今后的发展提出了建议。
Small dwelling size housing is a hotspot of recent realty market.This paper ana-lyzes the reasons why lots of people like small dwelling size housing,points out it will exist for a long ti me as a part of China housing market,and offers proposals for its future devel opment on the basis of analyzing actual problems.
