在线光学性能管控是光导式汽车内饰RGB氛围灯生产上要攻克的主要难点,本文基于光导式汽车内饰RGB氛围灯,从直射式、反射式两种类型上分别详细阐述了生产在线光学性能管控的主要影响因素和对这些主要影响因素的管控,创新性地提出了新的生产管控模式,没有采用这套管控模式前的客户需求的合格率在70%左右,导致报废率高达30%且增加了时间和经济成本,执行这套管控模式后的客户需求的合格率可以达到95%左右,可促进汽车内饰灯具行业的发展。

Online optical performance control is the main difficulty to be overcome in the production of interior RGB ambient lighting of light guide.Based on the interior RGB ambient lighting of light guide,this paper elaborates on the main influencing factors and the control of online optical performance control from direct and reflective types.This paper innovatively proposes a new production control mode.Before adopting this control mode,the rate of the customer demand qualification was around 70%,resulting in a scrap rate of up to 30%,increasing time and economic costs.After implementing this control mode,the rate of the customer demand qualification can reach about 95%,promoting the development of the automotive interior lighting industry.
