摘要 为探究建筑信息模型(BIM)在智能建筑工程中集成与优化应用,本研究采用案例研究方法,以某智能建筑项目为例,分析BIM在项目设计、施工及运维阶段的应用情况。结果表明,BIM技术应用可提高智能建筑项目设计质量、施工效率和运维管理水平。BIM还促进了智能建筑设计优化,通过高效信息管理与资源配置,可降低施工成本,提高建筑能效与用户舒适度,进而为智能建筑可持续发展提供了有力支撑。 In order to explore the integration and optimization application of Building Information Modeling(BIM)in intelligent building engineering,this study uses the case study method and takes an intelligent building project as an example to analyze the application situation of BIM in the project design,construction and operation and maintenance stage.The results show that the application of BIM technology can improve the design quality,construction efficiency and operation and maintenance management level of intelligent building projects.BIM also promotes the optimization of smart building design.Through efficient information management and resource allocation,it can reduce construction costs,improve building energy efficiency and user comfort.thus providing strong support for the sustainable development of smart buildings.
