The rise of new quality productivity has brought new opportunities and challenges to the construction industry.As the core tool of this change,BIM technology is gradually showing its great potential and value in the construction industry.In this paper,the specific application of building information model(BIM)technology in the design,production,construction and operation and maintenance stages of the construction industry is deeply discussed,and the innovative development and value embodiment of BIM technology under the new quality productivity are summarized.
