摘要
本文系统研究了BIM技术在建筑节能改造项目中的应用,以提高建筑节能水平。通过分析BIM的概念、技术特点,阐明其应用于建筑节能项目的优势;详细阐述BIM技术实现建筑节能的基本原理;着重从建模分析、方案优化、设备选型、施工管理和运维监测等方面,分析BIM技术在建筑节能项目各阶段的具体应用内容与手段。研究表明,BIM技术显著提升了建筑节能方案的科学性和经济性,确保改造效果最大化。本研究为推广BIM技术在建筑节能项目中的应用提供了详实依据。
This paper systematically studies the application of BIM technology in building energy-saving renovation project to improve the level of building energy-saving.By analyzing the concept and technical characteristics of BIM,clarify the advantages of its application to building energy-saving projects;elaborate the basic principles of BIM technology for building energy-saving;and analyze the specific application contents and means of BIM technology in various stages of building energy-saving projects from modeling analysis,scheme optimization,equipment selection,construction management and operation and maintenance monitoring.The research shows that BIM technology significantly improves the scientificity and economy of building energy-saving scheme and ensures the maximum effect of transformation.This study provides a detailed basis for promoting the application of BIM technology in building energy-saving projects.
