壮医特色针灸疗法概述及研究进展

Overview and research progress of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy with Zhuang medicine

壮医特色针灸疗法是壮医外治技法的重要组成部分。文章通过对壮医脐环穴针灸疗法、壮医热敏探穴针刺疗法、壮医“8”字环针法、壮医火针疗法4种壮医特色针灸疗法进行概述,同时对其研究进展进行综述。笔者发现壮医特色针灸疗法的研究主要集中在临床观察,基础研究较为薄弱。基于此,笔者认为系统性地开展壮医特色针灸疗法基础研究非常有必要,并应在临床观察的基础上更深入地研究其内在机制以推动壮医特色针灸疗法的进步。

The distinctive acupuncture therapy is a crucial element of the exterior treatment methods employed in Zhuang medicine.This article provides a summary of the four types of acupuncture and moxibustion therapies with Zhuang medicine characteristics,including Zhuang medicine umbilical-ring acupuncture therapy,heat-sensitive probing acupoint acupuncture therapy,8'ring acupuncture therapy,and fire needling therapy.The article also discusses the respective characteristics of each therapy and provides an overview of the research progress made in this field.The authors found that the research of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy with Zhuang medicine characteristics predominant focus on clinical observation,while the basic research in this area is comparatively lacking.Based on this,the author asserts the importance of systematically conducting fundamental research on acupuncture and moxibustion therapy with Zhuang medicine characteristics.Furthermore,future investigation into the internal mechanisms of these therapies should be pursued through clinical observation,in order to advance the progress of acupuncture and moxibustion therapies with Zhuang medicine characteristics.
