针刺干预阿尔茨海默病的功能磁共振成像研究进展

Research progress of functional magnetic resonance imaging on acupuncture intervention for Alzheimer's disease

针刺是干预阿尔茨海默病(AD)的有效手段,功能磁共振成像(fMRI)技术有助于为针刺干预AD的中枢机制提供客观依据。文章综述了近10年针刺干预AD的fMRI研究文献,从研究设计、分析方法及响应脑区/网络等方面进行归纳并总结,发现静息态fMRI采用低频振幅和基于种子点的功能连接法,观察针刺后的脑功能变化,任务态fMRI观察针刺时出现的脑区激活。AD患者的响应脑区有扣带回、额下回、额中回、额上回、颞中回等,响应脑网络包括默认模式网络、额顶网络和视觉网络。但当前针刺干预AD的fMRI研究设计较单一,分析方法较局限,今后仍需拓展研究策略以深入探索针刺干预AD的中枢作用机制。

Acupuncture serves as a potent therapeutic modality for managing Alzheimer's disease(AD),and functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI)provides objective insights into the central mechanisms by which acupuncture exerts its effects.This paper reviewed the fMRI studies on acupuncture for AD in the past decade,and summarized the study design,analysis method and response brain region/networks.It was found that low-frequency amplitude and seed-point functional connectivity methods were used in resting fMRI to observe brain function changes after acupuncture,and task fMRI was used to observe brain region activation during acupuncture stimulation.The response brain regions included cingulate gyrus,inferior frontal gyrus,middle frontal gyrus,superior frontal gyrus,middle temporal gyrus,etc.The response brain networks include the default mode network,frontoparietal network and visual network.However,the study design of current fMRI studies on acupuncture for AD is relatively straightforward,and the analysis methods are quite limited,need to be expanded to further explore the central mechanism of acupuncture intervention in AD.It is stll necessary to broaden research strategies to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the underlying central mechanisms of acupuncture in the treatment of AD.
