江西省≥60岁老年人带状疱疹疫苗接种的影响因素病例对照研究

A case-control study of factors influencing herpes zoster vaccination among people≥60 years in Jiangxi province

目的 了解≥60岁老年人带状疱疹疫苗(Herpes zoster vaccine, HZV)接种的影响因素。方法 采用非匹配病例对照研究设计,在江西省2个市选择≥60岁老年人收集2022年1月-2023年12月HZV接种、HZ/HZV认知和其他因素等信息,比较各因素在HZV接种者和未接种者之间的构成,采用Logistic回归模型确定HZV接种的影响因素。结果 本研究纳入HZV接种和未接种调查对象分别为206例、211例。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,HZ/HZV认知得分高、周围人有HZ患病史和有HZV接种史、可接受疫苗价格高可促进调查对象接种HZV[OR(95%CI):1.17(1.10-1.25)、3.75(2.20-6.40)、2.88(1.63-5.09)、2.81(1.61-4.91)]。结论 江西省≥60岁老年人HZV接种主要受HZ/HZV认知度、周围人HZ患病史或HZV接种史、疫苗价格等因素影响;建议加强老年人HZ/HZV相关知识健康教育。

Objective To explore factors influencing herpes zoster(HZ) vaccination in people aged ≥60 years.Methods We used a non-matched case-control study design to collect data on HZ vaccine(HZV) administration and HZ/HZV cognition and other factors among ≥60-year-olds in two prefectures of Jiangxi province from January 2022 to December 2023. We compared vaccinated and non-vaccinated subjects and identified factors influencing HZV vaccination using a logistic regression model.Results The study included 206 subjects who received HZV and 211 subjects who did not receive HZV. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that a high HZ/HZV cognition score, being around people with a history of HZ or HZV vaccination, and an acceptable vaccine price were associated with HZV vaccination of subjects [OR(95% CI): 1.17(1.10-1.25), 3.75(2.20-6.40), 2.88(1.63-5.09), and 2.81(1.61-4.91)].Conclusions HZV vaccination of ≥60-year-olds in Jiangxi was mainly influenced by HZ/HZV cognition, being around people with a history of HZ or HZV vaccination, and vaccine price. We suggest strengthening health education about HZ and HZV for the elderly.
