摘要
长期以来,资产评估作为现代高端服务业在社会发展和经济增长中发挥着不可或缺的作用。随着我国资产评估行业的快速发展,涉及资产评估报告的争议、投诉、举报等事项逐年增加。本文旨在从资产评估行业监督管理的角度出发,研究评估报告涉及的投诉举报等争议情况的受理流程、处理方式、评审鉴定方式等相关问题,以期为解决资产评估报告争议提供统一、有效、科学、合理的解决方案。
For a long time,asset appraisal,as a modern high-end service industry in china,has played an indispensable role in social development and economic growth.With the rapid development of China's asset appraisal industry,disputes,complaints,and reports involving asset appraisal reports have been increasing year by year.This paper aims to study the acceptance process,handling methods and appraisal review methods for disputes,complaints,and reports related to appraisal reports from the perspective of supervision and management in the asset appraisal industry.The goal is to provide unified,effective,scientific,and reasonable solutions for resolving disputes over asset appraisal reports.
