新能源背景下研究生科教融合协同育人共同体构建与实践——以沈阳化工大学科教融合学院为例

摘要 新能源革命急需培养大量高层次人才,研究生教育作为高等教育的最高层次,承担着高端人才供给和科学技术创新的重要使命,是发挥高等教育龙头作用的重要战略支撑。科教融合因符合科技创新与高层次人才培养的本质规律,与研究生教育具有天然的契合性,必将成为高校培养研究生的主流模式。该文以沈阳化工大学科教融合学院为例,探索构建科教融合协同育人共同体培养新能源领域创新型工程人才的实践路径。 The new energy revolution urgently needs to cultivate a large number of high-level talents.As the highest level of higher education,graduate education undertakes the important mission of supplying high-end talents and promoting scientific and technological innovation,and is an important strategic support for playing the leading role of higher education.The integration of science and education,which conforms to the essential laws of technological innovation and high-level talent cultivation,and has a natural fit with graduate education,will inevitably become the mainstream mode of cultivating graduate students in universities.This article takes the School of Science and Education Integration at Shenyang University of Chemical Technology as an example to explore the practical path of building a collaborative education community for science and education integration to cultivate innovative engineering talents in the field of new energy.
