绿色发展理念下的能源革命是促进我国经济社会发展全面绿色转型的重要抓手,是实现高质量发展的主要驱动力。十八届五中全会以来,建设现代能源体系的蓝图使绿色发展理念下的能源革命发展路径逐渐清晰。“双碳”目标的提出进一步加快了能源革命的发展进程。绿色发展理念蕴含的认识论和方法论原则为能源革命的持续推进提供了行动指南。新时代新征程,我国要在确保生态安全、能源安全的前提下实现经济高质量发展,必须持续深入推进绿色发展理念下的能源消费革命、能源供给革命、能源技术革命、能源体制革命,全方位加强国际合作不断向纵深发展。

The energy revolution under the concept of green development is an important starting point to promote the comprehensive green transformation of China's economic and social development,and is the main driving force to achieve high-quality development.Since the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee,the blueprint for building a modern energy system has gradually clarified the development path of the energy revolution under the concept of green development.The"dual carbon"goal has further accelerated the development process of the energy revolution.The epistemological and methodological principles contained in the concept of green development provide guidelines for the continuous advancement of the energy revolution.In order to achieve high-quality economic development under the premise of ensuring ecological security and energy security,China must continue to further promote the energy consumption,energy supply,energy technology,energy system revolution and all-round strengthening of international cooperation under the concept of green development.
