摘要
文章首先分析了干部人事档案数据化的含义和意义,接着提出了干部人事档案数据化的要求,进而剖析了当前干部人事档案数据化面临的心理接受、标准、安全、成本、人才等问题,最后从宣传引导、标准规范制定、支撑体系构建、成本投入、人才培育等方面给出了干部人事档案数据化管理的具体实施策略。
This paper begins with analyzing the meaning and significance of the digitization of cadre personnel archives,and then proposes the requirements for the digitization of these archives.It further examines the psychological acceptance,standard,security,cost,talent and other issues currently faced in the digitization process of cadre personnel archives.Finally,it proposes specific implementation strategies for the digital management of cadre personnel archives from the perspective of publicity and guidance,establishment of standard norms,construction of support systems,investment in cost and cultivation of talents,etc.
