摘要
采用酶抑制率法对7个大类、31个品种1 025批次蔬菜样品进行快速检测,以了解蔬菜农药残留现状。结果显示,1 025批次样品农药残留均未实际超标,但有49个批次疑似超标,占总检测批次的4.8%,其中油菜疑似超标率最高,为16.7%。酶抑制率法具有操作简便、成本低廉、灵敏度高和检测速度快等特点,适用于基层蔬菜农药残留快速检测。
The enzyme inhibition rate method was used to rapidly detect 1 025 batches of vegetable samples in 7 categories and 31 varieties to understand the current status of pesticide residues in vegetables.The results showed that none of the 1 025 batches of samples actually exceeded the standard for pesticide residues,but 49 batches were suspected of exceeding the standard,accounting for 4.8% of the total tested batches.Among them,rapeseed plant had the highest suspected over-standard rate at 16.7%.The enzyme inhibition rate method has the characteristics of simple operation,low cost,high sensitivity and fast detection speed,and is suitable for rapid detection of pesticide residues in grass-roots vegetables.
