摘要
长时间高强度运动可能导致肠道灌流不足,进而引发免疫功能下降和微生物多样性减少等负面影响。益生菌在调节宿主微生物群方面有积极作用,补充益生菌能够有效缓解运动员长时间高强度运动带来的不利影响,改善运动员身体健康状态,进而提升运动员的运动表现。因此,深入研究益生菌在运动员营养补充和健康管理中的应用,对于提高运动员的运动成绩和保持其身体健康具有重要意义。
Prolonged high-intensity exercise may lead to inadequate intestinal perfusion,which in turn triggers negative effects such as decreased immune function and reduced microbial diversity.Probiotics play a positive role in regulating the host microbiota,and supplementation with probiotics can effectively alleviate the negative effects of prolonged high-intensity exercise,improve the health status of athletes,and thus enhance athletic performance.Therefore,in-depth research on the application of probiotics in nutritional supplementation and health management of athletes is of great significance in improving athletic performance and maintaining their physical health.
