超细烧料礓石改性多福寺遗址土空鼓灌浆材料的性能测试及现场应用

摘要 多福寺,以其丰富的壁画和塑像而闻名,这些艺术品具有极高的艺术和历史价值.然而,长期受到自然营力如温差和湿度变化的影响,这些壁画遭遇了空鼓和裂隙病害,亟需加固处理.本研究选用超细烧料礓石与多福寺遗址土,通过土遗址的力学强度和浆料流动性试验,确定了三种不同浆液配比和水灰比;对不同养护时间下的结石体进行了力学性能和耐久性测试,同时采用FT-IR、XRD和SEM等技术对结石体的成分和显微结构进行分析;此外,研究成果在多福寺遗址进行了现场应用示范.结果表明,超细烧料礓石改性遗址土浆液在提升结石体的力学性能、减少收缩率和增强耐久性方面具有明显优势.探地雷达测试结果进一步证实灌浆材料对壁画空鼓裂隙的有效填充能力.本研究不仅为超细烧料礓石在文物保护领域的应用提供了科学依据,也为类似遗址的保护和修复提供了切实可行的技术方案. Duofu Temple is famous for its rich murals and statues.These artwork have extremely high artistic and historical value.However,due to the long-term influence of natural forces such as temperature differences and humidity changes,these murals have encountered diseases including hollowing and cracks,and urgently need reinforcement treatment.In this study,ultrafine calcined ginger nut and the soil from the Duofu Temple site were selected.Through the mechanical strength and slurry fluidity tests of earthen sites,three different slurry ratios and water-cement ratios were determined.Mechanical properties and durability tests were carried out on the concretion body under different curing times.At the same time,technologies such as Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and scanning electron microscope(SEM)were used to conduct in-depth analysis of the composition and microstructure of the concretion body.In addition,the research results were demonstrated on-site at the Duofu Temple site.The results show that the ultrafine calcined ginger nut modified site soil slurry has obvious advantages in improving the mechanical properties of the concretion body,reducing the shrinkage rate and enhancing durability.The ground penetrating radar test results further confirm the effective filling ability of the grouting material for the hollowing and cracks of murals.This study not only provides a scientific basis for the application of ultrafine calcined ginger nut in the field of cultural relic protection,but also provides a practical technical solution for the protection and restoration of similar sites.
