潮气固化聚脲树脂的制备与力学性能研究

摘要 采用预聚体法,以二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI-50)和聚醚胺(D-2000)为基本反应单体,4,4′-二氨基二苯醚(ODA)作为扩链改性剂合成了规整度高且性能优异的聚脲树脂,并分析了扩链改性剂含量对聚脲树脂性能的影响,采用动态热力学分析聚脲的动态力学性能.结果表明,较高的硬段含量会导致更高的拉伸强度和更低的断裂伸长率;ODA占氨基总摩尔量的15%时聚脲的综合力学性能较优异,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别为3.95 MPa和310%;随着ODA含量增加,储能模量增大,损耗因子降低,当ODA占氨基总摩尔量的15%时,动态力学性能达到最优. Using diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI-50)and polyether amine(D-2000)as the basic reaction monomers,and 4,4′-diaminodiphenyl ether(ODA)as chain extender,a series of polyurea resins with high regularity and excellent properties were prepared via prepolymer method.The effect of the chain extender content on the properties of polyurea resin was studied.The dynamic mechanical properties of polyurea were analyzed by dynamic thermodynamics analysis.The results show that higher hard segment content of PU results in lower elongation at break and higher tensile strength.When ODA accounts for 15%of the total molar amount of amino groups,the mechanical properties of polyurea is better,the tensile strength is 3.95 MPa and breaking elongation is 310%.With the increases of ODA content,energy storage modulus increases and the loss factor decreases.When ODA accounts for 15% of the total molar amount of amino groups,the dynamic mechanical properties is optimized.
