摘要 当前,微生物污染已成为影响食品品质与安全的重要因素。加强食品加工过程中微生物污染防控的重要性不言而喻,这关乎消费者健康与食品行业可持续发展。本文简要探讨微生物污染对食品安全的威胁,提出针对性的控制策略,包括原料筛选、加工环境消毒、加工过程监控、储存与运输条件控制等,以期降低微生物污染风险,保障食品安全,促进食品行业健康发展。 At present,microbial contamination has become an important factor affecting food quality and safety.The importance of strengthening the prevention and control of microbial contamination in food processing is self-evident,which is related to the health of consumers and the sustainable development of the food industry.This paper briefly discusses the threat of microbial contamination to food safety,and puts forward targeted control strategies,including raw material screening,processing environment disinfection,process monitoring,and storage and transportation condition control,in order to reduce the risk of microbial contamination,ensure food safety,and promote the healthy development of the food industry.
